CAF lists Osimhen, Hakimi and Salah as final nominees for 2025 award
Victor Osimhen among final three nominees for CAF men’s player of year
Victor Osimhen has been listed among the final three nominees for the 2025 CAF Men’s Player of the Year award.
CAF announced the finalists for the prize on Sunday.
Morocco’s Achraf Hakimi and Mohammed Salah of Egypt are the other players on the list.
Osimhen won the award in 2023. He was instrumental for Galatasaray last season, scoring 26 league goals to help the club clinch the title. His performance propelled Galatasaray to break the Turkish transfer record of €75 million to sign him permanently from Napoli.
