🚨 Gabriel Jesus might face a fine from the FA after his celebration in Arsenal’s win over Aston Villa.
When he scored, he lifted his shirt to show a message underneath saying, “I belong to Jesus.” This isn’t new—Brazilian legend Kaka did the same in 2007.
But the FA rules say players can’t show political, religious, or personal messages on their kit. If they do, the player or team can be punished.
Last year, Cody Gakpo showed the same message but wasn’t fined. The FA just reminded him about the rules.
It’s unclear if Jesus will be treated the same or face a penalty. The FA hasn’t commented yet.
