Chelsea has officially entered talks to sign Feyenoord winger Anis Hadj-Moussa following his standout performances for Algeria at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 23-year-old, who has recorded seven goals and three assists at club level this season, has reportedly drawn significant interest from Stamford Bridge officials, who recently met with his agent, Mohamed Dahmane.
While French club Marseille is also monitoring the situation, a January move to London remains possible if Chelsea meets Feyenoord’s valuation for the attacker.
Despite the interest, head coach Robin van Persie previously labeled him one of his “best players,” noting that while “he played poorly, he was very careless” in specific outings, he still “always has that ability to create magical moments out of nothing.”
