Addressing the scandal involving Barcelona’s alleged referee payments during his tenure in La Liga, the 63-year-old insisted he has no interest in historical controversies.
“It’s something that doesn’t interest me. Honestly, it doesn’t interest me,” the veteran manager stated during Wednesday’s press conference.
The Portuguese tactician instead offered an emotional tribute to former defender and current Madrid coach Alvaro Arbeloa, calling him “one of the best men who ever played for me.”
