New Tottenham boss Igor Tudor admits he’s not enjoyed first days in charge

New Tottenham Hotspur interim manager Igor Tudor has emphasized a work-first approach ahead of his debut in the North London derby, following the dismissal of Thomas Frank.

Igor Tudor has officially begun his interim tenure at Tottenham Hotspur, prioritizing results over personal comfort as the club sits 16th in the Premier League.

Tasked with halting a dismal run of one win in 11 games, the Croatian dismissed early pleasantries. He stated, “I didn’t enjoy (my first days) because I’m not here to enjoy. I’m here to work. It’s a privilege to be here.”

The former Juventus manager faces an immediate test this Sunday against league-leaders Arsenal. Despite Spurs being only five points above the relegation zone, Tudor remains steadfast about the club’s top-flight status.

Addressing the mounting pressure, he remarked, “Confident? 100 per cent,” while adding, “I do the things I believe is important. Nothing more, nothing less. Each coach has his own style to achieve the results.”
