Liam Rosenior has launched a defiant defense of his tenure at Chelsea, insisting that external criticism does not reflect the squad’s internal progress.
Despite exiting the Champions League and suffering a heavy defeat to Everton, Rosenior highlighted that the Blues remain fourth in the Premier League based on results since his arrival.
He stated: “There is a noise around the football club that we are in a crisis.”
The manager’s comments come at a volatile time, following his decision to drop Enzo Fernandez over controversial interview remarks.
Chelsea’s defensive struggles remain a primary concern, with only one clean sheet in fifteen matches.
Addressing the skepticism surrounding his experience, Rosenior noted: “I know all of the noise. It doesn’t affect what is inside of here and that is what the players need to know.”
