Instead of moving nine points clear of Manchester City, Arsenal’s defeat means their lead at the top is now just three points. The title race has swung dramatically back in City’s favor. If Pep Guardiola’s side beats Burnley in their midweek game in hand by at least two clear goals, they will leapfrog Arsenal to become the new Premier League leaders.
