Bukayo Saka marked his first Premier League start since March with a goal and assist as Arsenal cruised to a 3-0 victory over Fulham, moving six points clear at the top. The returning ‘Starboy’ earned 8/10 after tormenting Antonee Robinson, setting up Viktor Gyokeres’ opener with a sublime assist and finishing emphatically for Arsenal’s second before being wisely substituted at half-time ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final return leg against Atletico Madrid.
Gyokeres also received 8/10 after breaking the deadlock with a tap-in, assisting Saka’s goal, and heading home Leandro Trossard’s cross for 3-0 before the break. Riccardo Calafiori impressed at left-back with 8/10, proving an excellent outlet despite seeing a header ruled out for offside and hitting the bar. William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes both earned 7/10 for dominant defensive displays, with Saliba nearly setting up Gabriel with a beautiful ball to the back post.
Myles Lewis-Skelly (7/10) dominated midfield duels while Declan Rice (7/10) controlled proceedings with precision passing. Trossard registered 7/10 with an assist, while Eberechi Eze managed 6/10 in the No.10 role. David Raya had little to do (6/10), and Ben White was the weak link (5/10) with poor distribution. Manager Mikel Arteta earned 8/10 for perfect game management, resting key players early with the tie won.
