Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis was caught in a heated altercation during the Euroleague Basketball final in Athens, according to BBC Sport.
Videos circulating online showed the 58-year-old arguing in the stands as security stepped in to separate those involved.
Marinakis, also owner of Olympiacos B.C, was present as Olympiacos beat Real Madrid 92–85.
Greek media claimed the confrontation involved a former Greek government adviser, though this remains unconfirmed.
The incident adds to past controversies involving Marinakis, who has previously been sanctioned for misconduct in English football.
