Celtic Penalty Correct, Hearts Denied Wrongly: SFA Referee Chief
The Scottish FA’s head of refereeing, Willie Collum, has stated Celtic’s late penalty against Motherwell was correct, but Hearts were wrongly denied a spot-kick.
Collum confirmed the validity of the handball decision leading to Celtic’s winning penalty. He also believes Hearts should have been awarded a penalty for a trip on Alexandros Kyziridis, despite the on-field decision.
