Billy Gilmour is out of the World Cup after a knee injury sustained against Curacao. Scotland’s head coach Steve Clarke is considering Manchester United’s 19-year-old Tyler Fletcher as a potential replacement.
Fletcher, son of former captain Darren, made his senior debut in the recent friendly. Clarke noted Fletcher trained well with the squad this week, making him a strong candidate alongside other players on standby.
