Uzbekistan Calls Up Man City Star Khusanov for World Cup Debut!
Manchester City defender Abdukodir Khusanov earned a spot in Uzbekistan’s 26-man World Cup squad. The 22-year-old, the first Uzbek to play in the Premier League, played a key role in City’s FA Cup and Carabao Cup wins. Uzbekistan makes its World Cup debut, led by coach Fabio Cannavaro and captain Eldor Shomurodov. They face Colombia, Portugal, and DR Congo.
