EFL Eases Transfer Sanctions
EFL clubs have voted to reduce transfer ban lengths for those with late payments. Previously, teams failing to meet financial obligations for over 30 days faced a three-window ban on incoming transfers involving fees. The new rules cap this at one window, with the EFL adopting a case-by-case “structured business plan” approach.
