According to renowned African football journalist Micky Jnr on X, the shot-stopper is staging a surprise return to his former club after initially parting ways with them.
Nwabali, who stood out during Nigeria’s international outings, left the South African side in search of a new challenge.
However, after failing to secure a transfer move to another club during the window, he has opted to return to Chippa. The goalkeeper will now integrate back into the squad as they ramp up preparations for the upcoming campaign.
