Arsenal beat Bournemouth 3-2 with Declan Rice scoring twice

Declan Rice scored twice as Premier League leaders Arsenal came from behind to secure a 3-2 victory over Bournemouth. The hosts took an early lead after Gabriel’s misplaced pass gifted Evanilson a close-range finish for the Cherries.

Gabriel later redeemed himself by scoring the equaliser from a rebound after Gabriel Martinelli’s effort was blocked. Arsenal then took control when Rice fired in from the edge of the box following a Martin Odegaard lay-off to put Mikel Arteta’s side ahead.

Rice added his second after coming back from a knee injury, finishing from a Bukayo Saka cutback. Teenager Eli Junior Kroupi pulled one back for Bournemouth with a long-range strike, but Arsenal held on to move six points clear at the top of the table.
