Bremer, Castellanos, and Kean headline Serie A injuries

The international break has left several Serie A teams counting their losses, with key players sidelined due to fresh injuries. Juventus defender Gleison Bremer has been diagnosed with a partially torn meniscus in his left knee and will undergo keyhole surgery. He is expected to be out for at least a month, Sky reports.

At Lazio, Taty Castellanos faces six to eight weeks on the sidelines with a severe thigh strain, while Matteo Zaccagni and Nicolò Rovella are also nursing muscular problems.

Elsewhere, Alexis Saelemaekers suffered a flexor lesion on Belgium duty, and Pervis Estupiñán remains a doubt for Fiorentina’s clash. Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly considering a 4-3-3 formation to cope with absences.

Moise Kean also left Italy’s camp early after twisting his ankle against Estonia, while Como’s Jayden Addai strained his biceps femoris with the Netherlands U-21s, adding to the growing list of sidelined players across Italy.
