Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher fueled his ongoing feud with Mohamed Salah after the Egyptian star posted a training photo while the team traveled to Milan.
Carragher, who had previously called Salah’s recent comments a “disgrace,” responded to the selfie with a fresh barb on social media, posting: “Come [on] you mighty [Reds].”
Salah was left out of the traveling squad for the Champions League match against Inter after an explosive interview on Saturday.
Head coach Arne Slot addressed the situation Monday, saying he had “no clue” if Salah would play for the club again. The forward is expected to leave for AFCON after the Brighton game.
