Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are competing to sign Bayern Munich star Michael Olise, valued at €100 million.
Chelsea are reportedly set to reignite their pursuit of Michael Olise, who has become one of Bayern Munich’s standout performers since his move from Crystal Palace.
The Blues missed out on signing Olise last summer, opting instead for Pedro Neto. While Neto has impressed, Olise’s performances—such as his display against Chelsea in Bayern’s 3-1 Champions League win—have raised his profile further.
According to Sport Bild via Sport Witness, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are all monitoring the French winger, with City said to be the most eager to meet Bayern’s €100 million valuation. Liverpool are also in the frame as they seek to strengthen Arne Slot’s squad despite recent setbacks.
Olise, 23, is seen as a player who could improve virtually any team. However, questions remain over Chelsea’s strategy, especially with young Brazilian talent Estevão already in the squad and attacking options stacking up.
The transfer battle for Olise is expected to intensify next summer as Premier League giants circle for his signature.
