Cristiano Ronaldo eyes UK hospitality expansion post-playing career

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly laying the groundwork for a post-retirement business expansion into the UK market, while simultaneously resolving a high-profile “strike” at Al-Nassr over the club’s lack of transfer activity.

Cristiano Ronaldo is planning a dramatic commercial return to the United Kingdom by bringing his CR7-branded hospitality concept to British soil.

The 41-year-old superstar, currently partnered with the Portuguese Pestana Group, has reportedly applied for UK trademark protection to facilitate the opening of hotels and bars after he hangs up his boots.

While Manchester is considered a prime location due to his enduring popularity at Old Trafford, the expansion is viewed as a long-term strategy for life after football.

The business move comes at a tumultuous time for Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia, where he recently staged a brief protest against Al-Nassr’s management.

Frustrated by a perceived lack of investment compared to rivals Al-Hilal, the captain sat out two matches before returning to score against Al-Fateh this weekend.

“If FC Barcelona offer Robert a contract for next season, there will be no discussion,” experts noted regarding other aging stars, yet for Ronaldo, the focus remains on a balance of immediate Saudi success and a future British business empire.
