Daniel Svensson has dismissed rumors of a potential summer move to Real Madrid, insisting his sole focus remains on achieving success with the Bundesliga giants.
Borussia Dortmund’s Daniel Svensson has addressed recent reports linking him with a high-profile transfer to Real Madrid.
The Swedish international, who joined the German club in February 2025, claimed he was unaware of any formal interest from the Spanish side.
Despite the flattering nature of the links, Svensson emphasized that he remains fully committed to his current project at Signal Iduna Park.
The defender reiterated his happiness in Germany and downplayed the possibility of an immediate exit during the upcoming transfer window.
Prioritizing the remainder of the season, Svensson told Fotbollskanalen: “I haven’t heard anything about that, to be honest… It’s not something I think about. But of course, it’s fun.”
He added that he still has much to accomplish with Dortmund.
