While conducting a live interview, Ramirez asked Ferdinand if he “ever score[d] on” legendary keeper Iker Casillas. The former defender looked “visibly irked,” stating: “What kind of question is that Danny? I’m a defender.”
Ramirez comically retorted:
“Yeah but you come up for headers all the time…” leaving Ferdinand flustered. Ferdinand joked: “This wasn’t in the script. What are you trying to do out here (Danny)? I’m going to talk to you later.”
Ferdinand later confirmed the follow-up, sharing a backstage photo of himself holding Ramirez in a headlock, captioned simply ‘punishment’.
