Blackburn manager Valerien Ismael has slammed Championship officiating as “disgraceful” after a contentious 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town. Ismael was left furious over a series of key decisions, including a non-red card and a denied penalty appeal.
The draw came after a last-gasp Ipswich equaliser, which followed a controversial decision to not award Blackburn a corner. Ismael produced a list of past grievances, declaring “enough is enough” and demanding standards be raised immediately.
