AC Milan reportedly has a personal agreement with German striker Niclas Füllkrug for a January loan, but the club must still negotiate terms with his current club, West Ham United.
AC Milan has reportedly reached an agreement in principle with German international Niclas Füllkrug for a January transfer, according to Calciomercato.com.
The Rossoneri are willing to cover the €1.5 million salary due to the striker through the end of the 2025-26 season.
Füllkrug has reportedly instructed his agents to prioritize the move to San Siro over other offers.
Despite the personal agreement, Milan still needs to strike a deal with West Ham United. The Italian club is reportedly seeking a straight loan deal until the summer of 2026.
Füllkrug is said to be keen on leaving East London after a “miseral time” over the last 18 months at the club.
Milan is actively seeking a natural centre-forward for the January window, with current options like Christopher Nkunku, Rafael Leao, and Christian Pulisic facing fitness concerns.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri has been utilizing a 3-5-2 formation at San Siro, and the addition would significantly bolster their attacking depth for the second half of the season.
