Potter, 50, was recently sacked by West Ham and remains without a job, making him a possible low-cost option for the Tricky Trees. However, some see the move as underwhelming given his struggles at Chelsea and West Ham.
Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is reportedly unhappy with the team’s current form and could soon make a managerial change.
