Real Madrid targets Bukayo Saka from Arsenal

Real Madrid is reportedly keen on signing Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka for an offer between €120-150 million, despite rumors of Saka’s contract extension at the London club.

According to a report from Fichajes, Real Madrid is preparing a significant financial push to sign Arsenal attacker Bukayo Saka.

The Spanish club is keen to acquire the 24-year-old Premier League attacker, viewing him as a crucial addition to their forward line to potentially complete an attack alongside Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappé.

The report suggests that Real Madrid would be prepared to spend around €120-150 million on the England international. To raise these funds, the club is reportedly “hoping to raise those funds by selling players like Rodrygo Goes.”

However, the report also acknowledges that signing Saka will be immensely difficult, even if the funds are arranged.

The winger is considered “one of the first names on the team sheet” for Arsenal, who are currently fighting for the league title and are unwilling to sell a key player, as losing him “would send out the wrong statement regarding their ambition.”

Furthermore, there are “rumours that the player is set to sign a new contract with Arsenal,” which would make any transfer increasingly difficult.

The attacker “seems quite satisfied at the London club as well” and may not want to leave his boyhood club anytime soon, leading the report to conclude that Real Madrid “might have to wait for a considerable period of time before they can snap him up.”
