Juventus have initiated discussions with Dusan Vlahovic’s representatives regarding a potential contract extension, signaling a major shift in the striker’s future.
Despite long-standing expectations of a summer departure, initial meetings have reportedly “revealed both parties’ openness to moving forward together.”
The 26-year-old forward currently earns a league-high €12 million net salary, a figure the club is expected to renegotiate in any new deal.
While a resolution is not immediate, the willingness to negotiate marks a significant turn after Juventus failed to secure a transfer for the Serbian international last year.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that “Juventus has made it clear that they are willing to renew the player’s contract,” provided terms align with their new financial structure.
Both parties are scheduled to meet again to discuss revised salary expectations.
