Fulham’s pursuit of Ricardo Pepi has officially collapsed after PSV Eindhoven blocked the transfer on Monday morning.
Despite both clubs reaching a verbal agreement on a package worth €37 million, the Dutch side informed Fulham they would not give the final green light. The sudden reversal leaves the Premier League club without their primary attacking target as the winter transfer window draws to a close.
