Mohamed Salah cast fresh doubt on his Liverpool future in an explosive interview following the club’s 3-3 draw with Leeds United, suggesting he has been “thrown under the bus.”
The forward, who was benched for the third straight game, stated he does not “accept this situation” and dramatically added:
“I don’t want to answer this question [about Saudi], because the club is going to take me to a different direction.”
Salah also reignited his feud with Jamie Carragher, expecting further criticism: “Tomorrow [Jamie] Carragher is going to go for me again and again and that’s fine.”
This followed Carragher’s previous critique that Salah only speaks “when he needs a new contract or wins man of the match.”
