Scotland face Brazil and Morocco in World Cup

Scotland has been drawn in Group C for the 2026 World Cup, facing Brazil, Morocco, and Haiti. The draw is a direct repeat of their group from the 1998 tournament. Steve Clarke’s side will begin their campaign against Haiti on June 13th in the United States.

Midfielder Ryan Christie insists the team is determined to advance, stating, “We’re not just there to make up the numbers. We’re wanting to go and compete and get through the group phase.” Playoff paths were also determined for Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
