Stuart Pearce’s son Harley dies in tractor accident

Harley Pearce, the 21-year-old son of former England football legend Stuart Pearce, has tragically died following a tractor accident last Thursday near his family’s home in Witcombe, Wiltshire.

Gloucestershire Police confirmed the young man’s death, stating that his parents have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers during this immensely difficult time.

Reports suggest the fatal incident occurred after the tractor, which Harley was driving, lost control and skidded off the road. An initial suspected cause of the crash is a tyre blow-out.

Harley was the youngest of two children from Stuart Pearce’s previous marriage. The tragic news has prompted an outpouring of sympathy for the legendary player, known as ‘Psycho’ during his uncompromising career.

Pearce famously earned 78 caps for England and spent 12 years with Nottingham Forest, in addition to playing for clubs like West Ham United and Manchester City. The police investigation into the exact circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
