The situation has revived links to the Saudi Pro League. Chief executive Omar Mugharbel confirmed the interest, stating, “Mohamed Salah is welcome in the Saudi League, but it is the clubs that are responsible for negotiating with players,” adding, “For sure Salah is one of them.”
Slot is expected to address the matter at a press conference on Friday morning.
