Nigeria goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has confirmed he has no immediate transfer offers despite requesting a release from Chippa United.
Speaking to Andile Ncube, the AFCON star dismissed rumors of an imminent move, clarifying that no concrete deals are currently on the table.
Nwabali stated: “There is no contract in front, there is no club in front, and I am not guaranteeing you that a club will come.”
The shot-stopper emphasized his patience regarding his next career move, noting that he is not desperate for a new home.
He revealed that recent phone activity has been limited to personal support rather than professional inquiries.
Nwabali explained: “There are no calls yet. The only calls are from my family and friends and people that are shocked at the news.”
