Galatasaray are targeting Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes to play behind Victor Osimhen, but the midfielder remains committed to Old Trafford.
GALATASARAY EYE BRUNO FERNANDES TO SUPPORT OSIMHEN
Galatasaray are eyeing a move for Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes as they continue building around Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, according to Turkish journalist Levent Tüzemen Çınar, as reported by Daily Post. Çınar claimed the Turkish champions want Fernandes to supply creativity behind Osimhen in attack, adding that the Portugal international is “waiting” as speculation over his future swirls.
However, reports suggest Fernandes remains committed to Manchester United and is keen to continue as club captain despite Galatasaray’s interest. The midfielder has also reportedly turned down lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia in recent transfer windows.
Galatasaray remain determined to pursue the move as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
