Artificial intelligence has tipped incumbent Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to defeat challenger Enrique Riquelme in Sunday’s club election.
According to an analysis of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, Perez emerged as the favourite thanks to his track record, financial success, Bernabeu redevelopment and sporting stability.
While Riquelme earned praise for pushing reform and greater member involvement, AI models questioned the feasibility of some of his proposals and his experience. Overall, Perez remains the clear favourite heading into election day.
