VIA ARSENAL NOW ON X:

Arsenal co-chair Josh Kroenke has opened up on the rollercoaster emotions of the Gunners’ dramatic title chase — including one celebration that terrified his new puppy.

Kroenke admitted he was “on my hands and knees” after West Ham’s equaliser, saying Arsenal fans worldwide “held their breath.” But things turned hilarious when youngster Max Dowman scored against Everton.

“We had just adopted a puppy,” Kroenke said. “I scared the hell out of the puppy by jumping up and yelling at the television. That dog peed on the floor!”

The Arsenal chief also recalled the emotional moment Bournemouth scored against Manchester City, boosting Arsenal’s title hopes.

“My first phone call was to my dad, my second was to Mikel,” he said, revealing he and manager Mikel Arteta celebrated and cried with loved ones after the huge result.
