BBC Sport reports Arsenal have approached Paris Saint-Germain for 18-year-old defender Emmanuel Mbemba, available this summer when his contract expires. The English champions referenced William Saliba’s loan-to-Marseille success story to sell their project.
Mbemba — a France youth international who recently captained PSG’s under-19s to French Youth Cup glory — favours the move, drawn by Arteta’s stability. Arsenal plan a European loan until January 2027 while he secures a work permit, viewing him long-term as a left-back.
