Bristol City’s bid to appoint Bournemouth’s Tommy Elphick as their new manager has stalled. Elphick has reportedly turned down the chance to move to Ashton Gate and is expected to stay with Bournemouth. This follows interest from Bristol City, who were also reportedly considering Lincoln boss Michael Skubala. Skubala has since signed a new deal with Lincoln. The Robins continue their search for a manager, with new sporting director James Ellis overseeing the process.
