FIFA has handed an all-Argentine team the whistle for Thursday’s blockbuster France-Morocco World Cup quarter-final in Boston.

FIFA has appointed an all-Argentine officiating team for Thursday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup quarter-final between France and Morocco at Gillette Stadium, Boston. Facundo Tello will referee the match, assisted by compatriots Juan Pablo Belatti and Gabriel Chade, while Yael Falcón Pérez takes charge as fourth official.

Fellow Argentine Hernán Mastrángelo has been named video assistant referee, backed by Chile’s Juan Lara and Uruguay’s Antonio García on the review team.
