Ipswich Town, newly promoted to the Premier League, has signed Portuguese defensive midfielder Florentino Luis from Burnley for an undisclosed fee. The 26-year-old, who made 31 league appearances last season, joins Portman Road on a five-year contract. Hull City also showed interest in the player.
