Maddy Cusack’s mother told an inquest her footballer daughter would be alive without coach Jonathan Morgan, describing him as Maddy’s “nemesis.” She testified Morgan made “bottom heavy” comments and sought control. Maddy, 27, died in September 2023. The family had complained about Morgan, who Maddy felt “humiliated” by. Her club medical records are lost.
