Michael Carrick is on the verge of a sensational return to Old Trafford as Manchester United’s new manager.
The former midfielder and club legend has reportedly accepted all conditions of a contract proposal following an impressive interview process with club leadership.
The agreement is in its final stages and is expected to be officially sealed later this week. Carrick, who previously served as interim boss, returns to a club seeking stability after a tumultuous period.
With the deal effectively “done,” an official announcement is imminent to mark the beginning of a new era at the Theatre of Dreams.
