Paris Saint-Germain have done it again.
In a tense UEFA Champions League final that had fans on the edge of their seats, PSG beat Arsenal 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw to successfully defend their European crown. According to Metro, Arsenal struck first through Kai Havertz just six minutes into the match, raising hopes of a historic first Champions League title for the Gunners. But PSG hit back in the second half when Ousmane Dembele calmly converted a penalty to level the score.
Neither side could find a winner in extra time, sending the showdown to spot-kicks. The decisive moment came when Arsenal defender Gabriel blasted his penalty over the bar, handing PSG back-to-back Champions League titles and cementing their place among Europe’s elite clubs.
