Mohamed Salah is reportedly on the verge of joining Turkish giants Besiktas after both parties reached an agreement over a free transfer.
The Egyptian forward is expected to complete the move after accepting reduced wage demands, paving the way for the deal to be finalized.
According to Santi J FMN on X, Salah will earn €10 million per season, with an additional €2 million available through performance-related bonuses.
The report adds that the former Liverpool star will sign a one-year contract with an option to extend his stay by a further season.
Salah’s willingness to lower his salary expectations proved decisive during negotiations, allowing Besiktas to secure an agreement for the experienced forward.
