Arsenal have struck a deal with Leicester to sign Jeremy Monga, talkSPORT reports. The England U19 winger, just 16, was chased by eight clubs including Man United, Leverkusen, Leipzig and Roma. Monga — valued at £10m — made his Premier League debut aged 15 and is tipped as one of England’s brightest young talents.
