NWSL Midfielder to Chelsea
Chelsea has completed the signing of Japan international Manaka Matsukubo on a five-year contract. The 21-year-old midfielder arrives from North Carolina Courage, where she scored 19 goals and made 10 assists in 58 matches. Matsukubo also won the NWSL Midfielder of the Year award in 2025, bringing significant talent to Stamford Bridge.
