Kylian Mbappé’s camp has denied reports of dressing room tension at Real Madrid, insisting criticism of his conduct is exaggerated.
Kylian Mbappé’s camp has issued a statement denying claims he is isolated in the Real Madrid dressing room amid growing criticism. Reports alleged tensions with teammates and staff, worsened by his recent trip to Italy while sidelined with injury.
Responding, his representatives said: “Part of the criticisms are based on an over-interpretation of elements related to a recovery period strictly supervised by the club. This is NOT corresponding to the reality of the commitment and the work that Kylian does daily for the good of the team.”
Despite scoring 85 goals in 100 appearances, questions remain over his role and influence at the club. The controversy comes ahead of a crucial clash with FC Barcelona, with uncertainty surrounding his fitness and availability.
