Watford has appointed Alessio Dionisi, 46, as their new head coach on a two-year deal. The Italian steps in for Ed Still, who was sacked on 3 May after a brief tenure at Vicarage Road. Dionisi becomes the club’s 12th head coach since 2020-21, and the 24th under Pozzo family ownership since 2012.
