Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement with Aston Villa to sign 23-year-old attacker Morgan Rogers for a massive £117m!
Despite interest from Arsenal, Rogers chose Stamford Bridge, with Xabi Alonso playing an instrumental role in the move.
